Dave Kenny VP of Ministry Solutions and Strategic Initiatives Dave and his wife, Jacinda, have been blessed with six children. His heart for evangelism was lit at 12 years of age and still burns strong. One of his passions is seeing Christian ministries and nonprofits flourish, and he has dedicated his focus and studies to organizational health and capacity building.

Dave earned a Bachelor of Theology degree from the University of Chester and a Master of Arts in Philanthropic Studies from the University of Kent. His M.A. dissertation, which served as the capstone project of his studies, explored the relationship between theology and nonprofit governance. Through his research, he gained a deep understanding of nonprofit governance, organizational lifecycles, practical theology, and social capital.

Dave’s career experiences are diverse, encompassing entrepreneurship, senior management in the corporate sector, and executive leadership in the Christian faith-based nonprofit sector. He has managed startups, as well as small, medium, and large operations. His roles have varied from working with no employees to leading teams of over 100. His responsibilities have included managing PNLs with annual revenues ranging from $250,000 to $30,000,000 and everything in between.

Dave’s theological interests include Second Temple Judaism, Messianic Judaism, Christian leadership, and apologetics. For fun, he enjoys board games, card games, and cooking, which are particularly helpful with such a large family!
