ACTS Ministry started its activities in 2006 by feeding and providing education to orphans and other vulnerable children. Orphans and other vulnerable children who do not get support fall easily into prostitution. Others become street kids and the rest are recruited by terrorist groups. In order to provide an education based on Christian principles, ACTS Ministry built a primary school, a secondary school and a professional training center. While working in rural areas in the commune of Komsilga, which is a population strongly involved in Islam, ACTS Ministry has managed to bring the gospel to many orphans and widows and other vulnerable children who stand strong in their faith.
The fact that ACTS Ministry is working in a rural and poor areas, this makes it financially difficult to run the schools.
Some working parents are enrolling their children in an ACTS’ school, and we expect them to pay full school fees to fully help support and manage all their needs. Unfortunately, with Covid, the last 2 years have been very difficult for working parents. We are therefore seeking for sponsors to support either partial or the total amount of the school fees of orphans and other vulnerable children.
Help us provide food and education to orphans and vulnerable children in Burkina Faso.
