Ambassadors for Christ International School (AfCIS), a primary school in Nsawam, Ghana, located an hour north of Accra. AfCIS serves orphans and vulnerable children and children from single-parent or low-income households, offering a quality education with little to no tuition. For many children, AfCIS is their only option for quality and accessible education.

At AfCIS, we are committed to providing opportunities for every child to thrive. We offer full scholarship to orphan and vulnerable children covering all expenses, including school fees, uniforms, books, stationery, shoes, and meals. Inspired by James 1:27, AfCIS embodies faith, compassion, love, and empathy, teaching students to dedicate themselves to God and positively impact their community. Starting with six students and now serving over 120, AfCIS provides full scholarships covering all expenses, holistic care through family welfare support and counselling, spiritual development through Bible lessons, and community support, including health insurance, foodstuffs, and economic aid for families.AfCIS currently operates from a rented facility. As our student enrolment continues to grow, so does the urgent need for expanded facilities. Other pressing needs include providing daily hot meals to our students as many of our students, particularly orphans and children from low-income households, come to school without food. This affects their learning outcomes, growth, and overall well-being. Recognizing this critical need of our community, we are committed to creating a supportive and nourishing learning environment where every child can thrive. To meet our facility needs of our growing community, AfCIS is embarking on an ambitious project to construct a brand-new multi-story school building. Our new multi-story school building project in Nsawam, Ghana, is designed to revolutionize learning.
