Our Mission

We are followers of Jesus whose shared mission is ‘to know Jesus and make Jesus known!’ We believe Jesus is the source of all life and knowing Him is the great treasure every man, woman, and child is created to experience and enjoy.

Our Vision

To be a renewed and renewing church as we prioritize the manifest presence of Jesus’ Spirit and total obedience to His written word.

We desire every person in our city to encounter Jesus and experience transformation. As we enjoy life with Jesus we become an invitation for others into that same amazing reality. Knowing Jesus is the eternal and abundant life Jesus came to give (John 17:3)! This is the heart behind all we are and all we want to do as a local church.

Our location in downtown Vancouver presents a unique opportunity for us to witness to a diverse range of people. Our city is known as one of the least religious in Canada, while also being highly ethnically diverse. We are situated just steps away from the poverty-stricken DTES on one side and the trendy neighborhood of Yaletown on the other. It is an incredible opportunity we have to serve people in all walks of life, and we can see Jesus’ Spirit at work all around us!

Over the past year, our local church has been a witness to God's faithfulness. We have witnessed countless individuals being transformed and discipled to maturity through ministries such as our international language ministry, now with translations services for four language groups, our dinner of love which serves over 100 guests bi-weekly, and our classes, which have helped hundreds of individuals grow in their faith. These are just a couple examples of how God is using this local church to accomplish His purposes.
