We equip, support and mentor leaders who serve on the frontlines of discipleship across the globe.
For many people dealing with issues such as the effects of abuse, addiction and generalized shame, the Church may not always feel like a safe place to open up about their struggles. Our mission is to educate the Church and its leaders on such relational and spiritual issues by providing necessary training to support people who experience them.
In an ever-changing world, we serve like-minded leaders and pastors who desire to be equipped so that they, in turn, can equip other national leaders to offer safe places for people to be heard and to experience God’s grace and unconditional love in their own lives.
We do so through a threefold approach:
Mentoring Christian Leaders and Pastors
Resourcing Churches and Leaders in the Christian Community
Providing Internships and Training for up-and-coming Leaders
At present Global Leadership Collective serves 13 countries across the globe: Indonesia, Macau, India, Thailand, Cambodia, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Namibia, Lithuania, Italy, the Netherlands, and the US.
We ask you to partner with us in providing the training and mentorship needed in these nations. Your contribution will help us equip, mentor and train leaders around the world in local discipling communities as they provide safe places for people in real relational and personal need, to meet God.
