Our vision is "That all the 108 people groups of Kenya will have access to the Gospel of God’s love through Jesus Christ." Access to the Gospel is not limited to hearing the message alone; it encompasses a holistic approach that ensures communities are empowered both spiritually and physically. For us, this means Bible translation and distribution, preaching points, churches, cross‑cultural workers, and theological training. It also extends to practical needs such as medical services, food, water, education, clothing, economic empowerment, infrastructural development, and digital literacy. We believe that the love of Christ must be demonstrated in word and deed, touching every aspect of life.
Our mission flows naturally from this vision to "Build powerful congregations that meet the physical and spiritual needs of the unreached and least‑reached." We are committed to planting churches that are not only centers of worship but also hubs of transformation. These congregations become places where communities gather to learn, grow, and experience God’s love in tangible ways. By equipping believers and leaders, we aim to create sustainable structures that continue to serve long after initial outreach efforts.
As our ministry expands, we face significant challenges. One of the most pressing is inadequate funding. The needs of the ministry are vast, and the communities we serve often require urgent support. Meeting these needs requires resources that are not always readily available. In addition, many of the people groups we reach in Northern Kenya have not attended school, resulting in high levels of illiteracy. This creates a language barrier that makes evangelism difficult, as the message of the Gospel must be communicated in ways that are both understandable and culturally relevant. Furthermore, these communities live in remote, hard‑to‑reach areas with poor road networks, making it difficult for pastors and workers to access them consistently.
Despite these obstacles, we remain steadfast in our mission. We are mobilizing like‑minded partners to join us in realizing this vision. Collaboration is key, and we believe that by working together with churches, organizations, and individuals who share our passion, we can multiply our impact. Through the GGFAN Pastors’ School, we are training indigenous leaders in transformational church leadership. These leaders, rooted in their own communities, are uniquely positioned to reach their people with authenticity and effectiveness. By empowering them, we ensure that the Gospel is not seen as foreign but as a message of hope that speaks directly to their context.
In addition, we are establishing pre‑schools in unreached areas. Education is a powerful tool for breaking cycles of poverty and illiteracy. By providing basic education, we not only prepare children for future opportunities but also create pathways for them to engage with Scripture and the wider world. This initiative helps reduce illiteracy levels and opens doors for deeper evangelism and discipleship.
Ultimately, our vision and mission are about transformation—spiritual, social, and economic. We believe that when communities encounter the Gospel in its fullness, lives are changed, hope is restored, and futures are rebuilt. With faith, perseverance, and partnership, we continue to press forward, trusting that God will provide the resources and strength needed to reach all 108 people groups of Kenya with His love.
