Our ministry provides holistic support to orphans, abandoned children, and vulnerable communities in Uganda. We offer a safe environment, empowering individuals to overcome adversity and reach their full potential. Our goal is to transform lives, foster self-sufficiency, and promote community development. We face challenges including limited resources, inadequate infrastructure, and growing demand for services. Many lack access to basic necessities like food, shelter, and healthcare. Our lack of reliable transportation also hinders our ability to reach remote communities and provide essential services.
We're working to expand services, build partnerships, and secure funding. We need additional support, including financial resources, volunteer expertise, and in-kind donations. We have a couple of short term needs that are at the forefront for our ministry right now.
One of those is the need for a reliable All-Terrain vehicle would greatly enhance our outreach and service delivery. We have started negotiations for the purchase of this vehicle. During this process, it has been determined that the vehicle will cost somewhere between $15,000 to $20,000 USD. Our goal is to have this vehicle before the end of 2025. A second short term need that we have is to raise funds for a youth camp that we are hosting in the first week of September. Join us for a transformative youth camp where we'll explore the theme "The Choices We Make." This empowering event is designed to inspire and equip young people with the wisdom and courage to make informed decisions that shape their lives and futures. We invite young people, leaders, and supporters to join us for this life-changing event. The cost of the camp will be about $1000 USD.
