LionSight Strategies was founded in 2020 by Michael Thiessen during a time of radical cultural upheaval. At a moment when our enemies are swift to plunder the good things of Christ's Kingdom and openly attack the courage of Christian leaders, LionSight coaches help the next generation externalize Biblical wisdom into real-life practices that are foundational to taking a stand — in personal, family, church, and societal realms.

A central focus of this work is the care of pastors and Christian leaders. LionSight Strategies provides counsel, encouragement, practical support, and Biblical Worldview training so that those who lead can stay spiritually healthy, relationally grounded, and faithful for the long haul. This is accomplished in person at local churches and through THE WHOLE TRUTH, a podcast and writing ministry producing the thinking needed to continually support, serve, and equip the church and emerging cultural leaders.

What began as one man's calling has grown into a team. Michael is now joined by Tim Tysoe on the podcast, Michael Clark, who coaches leaders in civics, and the elders of Christ the King Fellowship (CTKF), who bring this coaching to leaders in the greater Barrie area. Together, this growing team helps Christian leaders across the United States and Canada think biblically, decide wisely, and act faithfully in an increasingly hostile culture.
