The project focuses on improving access to clean and safe water in Kabonde Community, Isoka District, Zambia.

Imagine going to school every day without access to safe drinking water.

This is the reality for the children of Kabonde Primary School in rural Zambia. Learners and community members depend on a nearby river for drinking, cooking, bathing, and washing. As a result, many children frequently suffer from waterborne illnesses, affecting their health, school attendance, and ability to learn.

At Phoenix Foundation, we believe that every child deserves the opportunity to learn, thrive, and dream. But education cannot flourish where clean water is absent.

We are raising funds to install a sustainable water system, ideally through the construction of a borehole that will provide safe and reliable water to the school and surrounding community.
