About This Project

Our mission is to inspire and send new generations of missionaries into local communities and around the world, to encourage existing missionaries, and to connect them with one another and the local church.

Mission Central is the umbrella ministry of Mission BC (MFBC)—formerly called Missions Fest Vancouver. We work to advance the Great Commission by creating rallying points for churches, missions agencies, networks, and mission-minded believers that are centred on Jesus’ love for us and the whole world.

What is Mission Fest BC?

Mission Fest BC is a non-profit missions conference with a 40+ year history that serves as a rallying point for global missions—bringing Christians, missionaries, local churches, nonprofit agencies, and networks together. 

Every theme we’ve had over the years ultimately leads to these two questions: How is God moving in the world, and how do we join Him?

We gather real missionaries who share what God is doing to reach the unreached and tell of the wonders He’s doing across the globe—to inspire, equip, and send out the next generation of missionaries.

At Mission Fest BC, you’ll find yourself rediscovering how much God loves you and wants to activate you to join him in his work. The call to mission isn’t something to be afraid of—it’s what you were made for.
