Pavement Project Global partners with churches and Christian organization's to bring emotional healing and the hope of Jesus to children and young people affected by trauma, abuse, neglect, violence, displacement, loss and other difficult life experiences.
Our work is built on trauma-informed, Bible-based programs that equip local educators to care for children in safe, compassionate and practical ways. Our counselling methodology, which forms the foundation of this ministry, helps children express their experiences and emotions, discover God's love through Scripture, and begin to see themselves with renewed hope and value. This same foundation shapes all our programs, supporting children facing different forms of trauma, such as grief, discrimination and other painful experiences that can lead them to believe harmful lies about themselves, diminishing their identity, self-worth and hope.
Since the ministry began, more than 115,000 children and young people in 21 countries have received support through Pavement Project programs, with over 90% demonstrating measurable improvement in their sense of self-worth.
As more churches and Christian organization's ask us to equip them to care for children in their own communities, the demand for training, mentoring and practical resources continues to grow. Expanding this ministry requires the development of new programs and materials, the translation of resources into additional languages, and ongoing support for local partners as they serve children in their own cultural contexts.
Your partnership enables us to respond to this growing need by training more educators, developing practical, trauma-informed resources and programs, strengthening local churches and Christian organization's, and helping more children experience healing, resilience and the life-changing hope found in Jesus. Together, we are equipping local communities to bring lasting hope and restoration to children for generations to come.
