PGJyLz4=PGJyLz4=We started Twinkle Stars Preschool and Academy to provide holistic quality education that addresses four main areas (Intellectual, physical, emotional, and spiritual) to impoverished children.Twinkle Stars is situated at the outskirts of Rundu in an informal settlement called Tuhingireni Cuma where residents have no access to running water, electricity, to mention just a few. Rundu is the second highly populated town in Namibia and with the highest number of poverty-stricken families. Many precious children are left vulnerable and hopeless as their families are unable to provide adequate and nutritious food, education, or health care.The absence of preschools presents us with both massive opportunities and challenges to help many needy children. We are privileged to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ with children which we believe is the most important thing that has the power to restore their identities and dignity. In the last 11 months, we have witnessed the impact Twinkle Stars has had on the 30 children that have been attending our preschool. We have 14 children graduating this year from kindergarten going to grade 1 next year. It gives us joy knowing that these children now know that God loves them, He knows them by name, and that He cares for them even though their earthly fathers may have abandoned them.We are trusting God for finances to reach to more children next year and share the message of hope with the poor.
