2020 -2021 has been a difficult year in Uganda. A profound shock to our societies and economies, the COVID-19 pandemic underscores society’s reliance on children both on the front line and at home, while simultaneously exposing structural inequalities across every sphere, from health to the economy, security to social protection.
Since its outbreak in late December 2019, COVID-19 has wreaked havoc across the world, and like any critical sector, education has been hit hard. Students, schools, colleges, and universities have been deeply negatively impacted.
Despite the heroic efforts of our support and staff. – Untold numbers of children still urgently need our help and support. African Child In Need is a nonprofit that relies on support from people like you. We advocate for the education of impoverished and orphaned children. With your support, we can provide, food, school bursaries, and other school materials, medical care, and health education that can help change the course of their lives. Help African Child In Need continue to thrive for years; your financial support will keep African Child In Need free for everyone in need.
You can help us reach our goal this year and make a difference in the lives of these families and children. Your generous gift can provide children and impoverished families with the opportunity of education and health care, as well as spiritual care and hope. Thank you so much for your thoughts, prayers, and support. God bless you, Milton Opoya
