Kwiverr - Thought Leadership | Catalyzing Movements

In the dynamic landscape of ministry, the call to advance the Great Commission remains as crucial as ever. However, the journey is not without its share of obstacles. Ministries frequently encounter roadblocks that hinder their progress, whether due to limited resources or a lack of strategic direction. Strategic empowerment can be the key to overcoming these hurdles and propelling ministries, leaders, creatives, and movements to the next level of impact.

Kwiverr emerged from a profound desire to witness empowered internationals creating positive impacts worldwide, particularly within flourishing missional communities among unreached people groups. Fueled by the painful experiences of internationals losing momentum in their transformative processes upon returning to their home countries, Kwiverr addresses the observed trend of international student ministry settling into an 'ISM Industrial Complex.' This prompted the birth of Kwiverr—a vibrant missional community comprised of catalysts, coaches, connectors, consultants, and creatives (5Cs). The community is dedicated to innovative research-based approaches, aiming to exponentially multiply flourishing missional leaders and communities, including church plants, among unreached people groups, ultimately working towards 'finishing the finishables.

At the core of Kwiverr's mission are the values of Missio Dei, a focus on internationals, commitment to finishing the finishables, dedication to missional leadership, the importance of missional communities, fostering movements, and a spirit of innovation. The organization envisions transforming ministries to internationals globally into disciple-making, leader-forming, church-planting, and marketplace-impacting movements, with the ambitious goal of closing the Great Commission within our lifetime.

Kwiverr implements its strategy through the Shooter, Sheaths, Sharpeners, and Sharpened Shafts framework. The organization functions as a Think Tank, conducting research and innovation, providing thought leadership, and fostering evidence-based decision-making. The Incubator offers coaching and training for international students aspiring to catalyze disciple-making and church-planting movements. The Lab engages in creative missional community experiments, exploring cutting-edge ideas for impactful disciple-making and community planting movements. The Accelerator provides organizational dynamics consulting and re-engineering to support flourishing movements, offering mentorship, training, investment opportunities, and access to networks for sustainable growth. Overall, Kwiverr strives to leave no people or place unreached through its comprehensive and dynamic approach.
