Additionally, reports indicate that around one-third of women in India experience domestic abuse as a distressing norm. These statistics underscore the stark contrast between India’s celebrated cultural heritage and the pressing issues that demand urgent attention and action.

Hope Rising is dedicated to the belief that with hope, all things are possible. Their mission is to extend the love, truth, and hope of Jesus Christ to those who have endured trauma and life’s wounds, helping them discover their true identity and reach their full potential. They achieve this through various initiatives, including providing healing homes for trafficked survivors, creating safe spaces for trauma recovery with comprehensive support, and offering skill training and educational assistance to help survivors build independent and hopeful futures.

One of their cornerstone projects is the Healing Home and Trauma Recovery Center for Survivors, which focuses on trauma recovery from abuse and exploitation. This center provides a supportive environment with individual and group counseling, medical and psychiatric care, skill development, and vocational training.
