Kwiverr - Transforming International Missions

In the dynamic landscape of ministry, the call to advance the Great Commission remains as crucial as ever. However, the journey is not without its share of obstacles. Ministries frequently encounter roadblocks that hinder their progress, whether due to limited resources or a lack of strategic direction. Strategic empowerment can be the key to overcoming these hurdles and propelling ministries, leaders, creatives, and movements to the next level of impact.

Kwiverr is a global organization dedicated to catalyzing movements of empowered internationals to impact the world through flourishing missional communities among unreached people groups. Recognizing the challenges internationals often face in sustaining transformative experiences upon returning to their home countries, Kwiverr was established to address these 'post-harvest losses.' By fostering a community of catalysts, coaches, connectors, consultants, and creatives—collectively known as the 5Cs—Kwiverr aims to develop innovative, research-based paradigms that lead to the exponential growth of missional leaders and communities.

To achieve its mission, Kwiverr operates through several key initiatives. The Think Tank focuses on research, innovation, writing, speaking, consulting, policy direction, and advocacy to inform and guide missional strategies. The Incubator provides coaching and training for internationals to become missional community planters, equipping them with the necessary skills and knowledge. The Lab offers a space for creative and innovative missional community experiments, exploring new paradigms, engaging diverse people, and operating in various places. Additionally, the Accelerator is dedicated to organizational dynamics consulting and re-engineering, helping missional communities flourish and develop sustainable momentum.

Kwiverr's vision is to transform ministries to internationals into disciple-making, leader-forming, church-planting, and marketplace-impacting movements, with the ultimate goal of fulfilling the Great Commission within our lifetime. By focusing on the intersection of international education, migration, leadership development, faith formation, missional multiplication, and societal good, Kwiverr seeks to leave no people or place unreached. Through its comprehensive approach and commitment to innovation, Kwiverr is poised to make a significant impact on global missions and the spread of missional communities worldwide.

Ministry Overview:

Kwiverr emerged from a desire to witness impactful international movements fostering flourishing missional communities among unreached people groups. Motivated by the challenges faced by returning internationals, especially within the International Student Ministry (ISM) settling into an 'ISM Industrial Complex,' Kwiverr serves as a nurturing missional community of catalysts, coaches, connectors, consultants, and creatives (5Cs). It focuses on innovative research-based approaches to multiply flourishing missional leaders and communities, including church plants, addressing the intersection of international education, migration, leadership development, faith formation, missional multiplication, and societal impact.
