About This Project

Metta Mission & Community Ministry is a Christian social service and mission organization. Taking a holistic approach to address the physical, emotional, social, and spiritual needs of the people we serve, we provide a range of services for children and adolescents living on the streets and vulnerable families. Our services have expanded from focusing on street children and youth in Phnom Penh to include poor communities outside the city. Through the community development center in the village, we aim to transform the lives of the people we served. Metta also provides vocational training for the unemployed and women to help them become self-sufficient. Our goal at Metta is to share the message of Jesus and transform the lives of those we served. Metta has 3 core services, including “Metta Family” Hostel Service, Outreach Service and Community Development Service.
