The health and growth of the local church depend on faithful leaders who are deeply rooted in their own communities—leaders who understand the language, culture, and unique challenges their people face. These local pastors and missionaries are on the front lines of ministry, called to preach the Gospel and shepherd the church in rural and often underserved areas. However, without proper training and resources, their task can become incredibly difficult and at times quite discouraging. Oftentimes, pastors and missionaries are out on the front lines, leading their communities and presenting the gospel all the while the entirety of their biblical knowledge comes from a song they've heard on the radio. Others are appointed as pastors because they're education level, which is no higher than a North American elementary school student, is the highest in their community. The passion, the desire, and prompting of the Holy Spirit is calling these men and women to ministry and by the grace of God, the Spirit is at work, the Church continues to grow. Imagine what can be accomplished if we come alongside and support these kingdom workers in their mission to make the name of Jesus known.
Tribe Mission International exists to change that. Our mission is to come alongside and equip indigenous leaders with contextualized, Christ-centered training that speaks directly to their cultural context and ministry challenges. We believe that when leaders are trained effectively, they are empowered to lead with wisdom, boldness, and grace—resulting in healthier churches and stronger communities.
Through the work of Tribe Mission International, you have the opportunity to be part of something transformative. By supporting this mission, you’re investing in the lives of local pastors and missionaries who are committed to seeing the Gospel take root and flourish in their regions. We provide training in biblical theology, pastoral care, leadership development, and practical ministry skills—tools that make a real difference on the ground.
As these leaders grow, so does the impact of their ministry. Entire communities are changed as the Holy Spirit works through the Gospel—bringing healing, hope, and new life. Churches become vibrant centers of faith and service, led by trusted, well-equipped local leaders who shepherd their people with humility and strength.
Together, we can raise up a generation of indigenous leaders who are equipped, empowered, and passionate about reaching their communities for Christ.
