My name is Bosco Wamwena I was born in the poorest family in Butaleja, Uganda. Orphaned and raised by my alcoholic grandmother in a hut we shared with animals. Life was filled with hunger, shame, and hopelessness. We had no food, no education, and no future.
But God stepped in. An orphanage found our family as we were labelled as the poorest family in the community. That painful moment became my turning point. God gave us another chance to live, learn, and dream again.
I made a vow: if God lifted me, I’d give my life to lifting others. That’s how WB8 Charity Foundation was born with my brother, we now help children who are living the life we once knew.
WB8 CHARITY FOUNDATION exists to bring hope, because we know what it means to have none.
