About This Project

The project is about identifying emerging leaders across religious boundaries; both churched and unchurched. Discipling and development happen through participation in safe learning communities of trust, particularly specialty small groups like the ONYX training program, Al-Anon, Leadership clubs, and Men’s groups. In these groups, they can experience emotional healing, encouragement, and empowerment and have role models and mentors as they learn soft and hard skills to navigate all facets of life maturely.

We want to see the evolution of a healthy and mature group of young leaders, churched and unchurched, who have transformed their pain and, instead of transferring it, which is the norm here, bring healing, encouragement, and empowerment to all those in their contexts.
