Schools, workplaces, and even churches place a big emphasis on teaching and training people in what to know (head) and what to do (hands). However, what is most often neglected is the emotional health and maturity of the person (heart). What we have found is that where emotional health, skills, and culture are lacking, you will see more absenteeism, mistrust, poor communication, faltering leadership, strained relationships, burn out, and stunted spiritual growth, and we see this a lot! Training people and groups to grow in heart skills not only helps them become better employees, leaders, spouses, parents, teams, and friends, it gives them the tools to become a healthy and mature individual. Inspired Life, Inspired Leadership, and Inspired Marriage are all dedicated to helping people, organizations, and couples realize their goals through assessment, workshops, and coaching.
