About This Project

Our mission and goal at the Lakes Hope Centre is to provide a support service to those who find themselves with unexpected pregnancies. Bringing value, hope and meaning to those dealing with difficult circumstances and tough decisions.

We are noticing that there are a large number of young mothers and fathers who are not ready for parenting but finding themselves in the predicament of expecting. Our youth are not prepared for making these life decisions and we are wanting to help.

Why give to this project?

We are offering solutions by coming alongside those who are in need, offering a safe place to find support, regardless of their decisions. If it is a service that they require that is out of our expertise, we will refer to those in our community who are able to best provide. We would be looking for partners in this project, those looking to help fund the operations of the centre, those who would like to fund the supplies we will be giving away, as well as people who want to be playing an active part in the centre physically. For those who the Lord calls, we have positions available for client care staff!
