The Upstream Collective is a church-centric global sending organization both serving the local church in equipping, training, and coaching, as well as acting as a sending agency for church partners. Our model provides the local church with a significant role in the sending and missions engagement process. A growing number of local churches have a vision for raising up and sending out people from their own congregation. Missionaries also increasingly want a deeper connection to their sending church. The Upstream Collective acts as their trusted partner to provide structure, training, expertise, and relationship along the way. We believe the church sends and we are here to help.
God wants non-Christians to hear the gospel and believe. He also wants those who already know him to be renewed in the gospel daily. As we work with churches to send their people to the nations, we’ve built this culture of gospel renewal into the way we train, mentor, and serve missionaries, church leaders, and field leaders. We deeply believe that those serving in God’s global mission should be serving out of the overflow of their abiding life with Jesus.
We are growing as an organization, and Justin Dodson, our Field Network Director sees this growth firsthand as he works with our field leaders and sent ones currently on the field. As our reach grows and our desire to continue to advance the gospel to the nations, we see the need for our operations to grow and for funds to be funneled into ministry endeavors in our field networks, specifically in France.
We are at a pivotal moment in our mission to reach more communities and expand our impact. As our organization grows, so does the demand for resources to sustain and enhance our work. To continue meeting these needs and scale our operations, we are seeking financial support from partners like you. Your contribution will directly empower us to build capacity, extend our reach, and deepen our impact in the lives of those we serve. With your help, we can grow this mission and transform more lives, together.
