We have three areas of ministry where we focus on reaching and discipling: 1) Our town’s dump where 100 families live in abject poverty, 2) Our sports ministry team, composed of children from eight years to eighteen years old who compete nationally in Guatemala in triathlon and surf, and 3) Our outreach to first responders including fire fighters, police officers, life guards, and community volunteers where we offer free first aid, trauma, CPR, and other first responder classes and share Jesus with them. We also support local churches and other national ministries.We are excited to report that we are able to tell thousands of people each year about Jesus and then offer discipleship opportunities to them. We have been blessed to build ten churches over the years, build a Hope Center in Nicaragua, and a youth camp also in Nicaragua. We have been in Guatemala now for six years where we also remodeled another Hope Center including a medical office and small police station. We currently serve 100 families in the city dump, have 30+ children in our sports ministry, and give classes to thousands of first responders every year.PGJyLz4=
Pray for summer interns and teams who will visit us this summer
Pray for several of our youth who are victims of physical abuse
Pray for one of our young boys. His father was recently arrested for drug trafficking.
Pray for our outreaches at the public beach to lifeguards, swimmers, and surfers.
Pray for the families at the dump as they learn to raise chickens and as we work on public health issues.
Pray for our national leaders.
