At Inspire Our Nation, our vision is for youth from diverse backgrounds to lead in the power of God. Our mission is to inspire youth to overcome struggles and influence their world for Jesus.
Some challenges that affect the ministry are the ongoing complexities of pursuing the following goals. 1. To facilitate programs and events with innovation. 2. Engage in the work of reconciliation with impact. 3. Promote the mental wellness for youth and leaders strategically. 4. Create and radically equip youth for leadership opportunities. 5. Engage and grow a community of support.
The ministry is responding to these unique challenges by: 1. modelling and teaching diverse community and reconciliation. 2. Delivering personal and leadership development focused on identity and purpose. 3. Delivering relational and innovative programming that provides opportunity and mentoring to youth.
Our annual budget includes the following activities: Manitoba conference, Saskatchewan conference, communications, Inspire Girl Events, Inspire Career Day, Leadership Program, Community Celebration Days, Leadership Development & General Administration & Wages
