Soul Shepherding is a nonprofit that helps pastors and missionaries go deeper with Jesus in emotional health and loving leadership. We guide ministry leaders as they discover a new and flourishing life in Christ by training in spiritual formation integrated with Jesus-centered psychology.
A surprising amount of pastors and leaders who are gifted and full of purpose quietly struggle with stress overload or burnout. Through 5-day Institute retreats, one-on-one spiritual direction and coaching sessions, Soul Talks podcasts, free blogs, and low-cost digital resources for spiritual formation and growth, your support enables us to help them renew their joy in Jesus and return to ministry healthy and renewed to serve in their local body.
