Chad interviews Ron Kraybill on managing conflict positively and effectively in ministry teams. We learn of a useful conflict styles inventory which outlines 5 approaches to engaging with conflict: Directing, Cooperating, Avoiding, Harmonizing, and Compromising.
Ron Kraybill has over 30 years of experience around the world working for church groups, NGO’s and the United Nations in conflict resolution and peace-making. He also works closely with Liberty University training their ministerial students in how to effectively manage conflict in ministry teams.
